about the Icecap Customer Service

    I had posted a post a couple days ago about buying the Icecap Reef Illuminator light with the t5 bulbs with the little led lights in the bulb thats 4 foot. I have called icecap a total of 5 times now leaving a message everytime and i have also sent 3 emails. I STILL havent heard anything back from ANYONE there. Im not verry impressed at all with their so called customer service, anyone have any ideas on where i can go "elsewhere" to get this 4 foot led bulb???
