    it comes with legs, magnitic ballast ,the capasitor burned up the previous owner replaced with a pfo set up?? the bulbs where new when i got it ive ran them for 2-3 months i was told they are 20k  the 2 96w actintics worked when i got them but have quit ,it may be a ballast.has 6 blue moon lights. i bought a t5 fixture and dont need this.have pics to send via email. im in urbandale

    If the capacitors are burned up there will be grey stuff oozing out of them.... If that is the case, I have a whole box of replacements because It was cheaper to buy a box of 20 than it was to buy them individually. Once I replaced mine (about 3 years ago or so) I never had a problem. If whoever bought it needs a replacement, let me know I'll give them to him for free.

    That would be me Lee. The MH work fine its the PC's that are out. I haven't had a chance to look into it yet though.

    Heh, I have one I could sell you..I need to fix one of the fixtures and it needs all new bulbs though...
