What kind of setup do you have? Lighting? corals? I would probably just cut out a piece of egg crate.

You will need 2 different solutions, one low and one high. For my aqua controller I use the 7 and 10. I always get the small packets that cost...
I haven't heard of it in captivity, but as common as they are in the wild, I would think it could be possible but very unlikely.
