then age should be a big factor. bulbs loose their intensity and are algae factories if not replaced in the recommended time of about a year.

 

I know. Lol im not wanting a 2 yr old bulb but dont need anything brand new. A few mknths old is fine.

 

I am going to replace mine soon. They are around 5 months old give or take a little. I just replaced one and going to replace the other next week.. So I will not have both for a week or so. Unless you want to give me $20 for them and I will buy another right away. Just thought I would let you know..
