What is this?

Just found this today in my currently fallow tank.  I have nothing like it in there.  Is it a fragged Kenya tree maybe?  It's definitely soft.

Need a better picture to tell and preferably with the lights on and closer up. Some kind of leather softie thing though.

Haha, that's with the lights completely on. I really need a tripod... I'll try moving it somewhere with better light.

 

it'a a kenya tree chunk that decapitated itself from the colony to float off and start a new colony. I have at least 5 in my tank under the rocks.

They grow insanely fast. But watch out if it has a black/brown band near the base. I lost one of mine a few months later because of that.

 

It just looks like a purple Kenya tree. It'd be nice if it stayed that color.

 

It's for sure a Kenya tree frag. Looks exactly like the mother colony now
