Updating GIRS event page?

Is the girs event page for springfest going to get updated? Couple weeks away and its still only showing the speakers and like 5 vendors

 

I understand I have gotten error codes also. I was mainly asking because people have been asking me questions about it in reference to the lack of vendors, sponsors ect that is posted....

Maybe it would be easier to post a thread in the fests forum with pics ect of sponsors ect for springfest so everybody knows whos coming to make it a great event

 

Would putting this information on Face book be easier? I have been checking here for new updates also from time to time.

 

I guess what i was getting at is..... not everyone likes girs on facebook not everyone has a profile a lot of people are visitors on the site... so they wont get the email nor will they see it on facebook.... if the board needs help with everything since they might be busy just ask... its an event that is not just for members... people who are not members or registered on this site come to the frag shows also.....

I know at fallfest justin is the one who advertised on craigalist about fallfest and i advertised on facebook in the different groups.... advertising brings more customers for our commercial vendors will benifit them....

I have more to say on this but i wont... if the board members or the people putting the show on need help just ask us members im sure we will help.

Lets make this a great turnout for the commercial vendors whoever they are

 

we could print up some stuff and hang it at all the local fish places,i know i don't use Facebook and would not even know about girs if i wasn't told about it.glad i found it.i love the fests and armydogs garage sale.

Can someone from the board or whoever is in charge of springfest please pm me all of the sponsors names and vendors so i can create a thread with pics so that it is advertised also i will put it on facebook ect to help promote springfest. I have the time to do so and would like to help since others are busy.

if you send me something to print up,i'd be happy to take it around the iowa city area and post it up,maybe the locale supermarkets as well,i suck at graphic design so someone will need to send or post something to print up.

Who are the sponsors? Who are all of the commercial vendors? I can see the speakers on the girs event page and 5 vendors but who are the rest so we can advertise it everywhere and i can create a thread on here so that the non members and non refistered people can see whos coming to hype up the event

 

Is there raffle items that we can advertise?

Its 20 free raffle tickets to everyone that attends the speakers right?

Nvm just found the thread and got confirmation that EVERYONE who attends the speakers gets 20 free raffle tickets which makes me happy i have a family of 4 going to the show and to the speakers

 

How bout just a list of vendors so at least we know.

You may print the banner and distribute it as much as you can. I have been hitting some facebook pages but If someone would like to hit more facebook and Craigslist that would be great.

 

Yep need to know the venders. May need a part time job just for this fest! Lol
