Can anyone tell me if I can keep a blue tang with a naso. I'm new to this and still trying to figure out the ropes

First and most important question. How big is your tank? Those both get pretty big you'd want at least a 180 gallon tank for adequate room.
Its usually suggested to not keep tangs of the same genus and similar body shapes together. I think a blue and a naso would be fine together, but I am not sure.
With a big enough tank you are less likely to have issues with keeping tangs together. I have a yellow, purple, and a sailfin together. All zebrasoma genus and they do just fine. There was the typical establishment of dominance the first couple days, but they worked things out and got there territories figured out.
Same thing with my dwarf angels. I had a coral beauty and just recently added a flame angel. The coral beauty terrorized the little flame angel for about a day. Now all has calmed down and they are just fine in the tank.

No way man... That is way to small for those two inhabitants. Even the naso. If you do, I'd highly recommend upgrading to a 180 or larger.
I have 4 tangs. Yellow, desjardini sailfin, blue, and a powder in my 180... I myself will need an upgrade later in life, but hey, gives me an excuse to get a 300+ gallon system then /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

IMO you won want either of those tangs in a 75. If you do want a tang you would be wise to stick with the bristletooth type like a kole tang

I'd say no as well. I've got quite the collection of tangs of all varieties, but I also have a 220g... Glad you asked first, shows you care! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif
