Spring Fest 2014 Planning

Good Morning Everyone,


Here is a copy to the link where 7 people said they would be interested in the planning of Spring Fest.

For those of you who are not aware, it will be in Des Moines on April 5th. Over the past several months, we have already started planning the fest, but I am looking for more people to get involved. I would like to get together at least once a month, whether it is at a local Panera or Somewhere, and or on Google Chat, and plan. I want enough of us involved so that the day of things run somethly.


Please post in this forum if you are one of those 7 people who were interested in planning the upcomming fest!

Hey guys,

We are trying to setup our first planning meeting on the 26th of this month at 6:00 PM. I would like to try and master the Google Hangout, so we can make meetings quick and from the comfort of our homes! If you can not use google hangout though, I am willing to meet somewhere so we can use it from my computer and meet others from across the state!

 

I don't know anything about Google Hangout. But, I'm willing to give it a try if you tell me what I need to do.....

 

I'm in if you still need the help!

 

I will try to get some good instructions up soon about what all we need.

We can use all hands on deck!
