15 inches of snow, 30-50 MPH winds, a driveway that is a 1/4 mile long = home for a couple days to stay inside & work on the tanks!

I just hope to God I don't loose power. Last time it took them 3 days to get ours back on. It's one thing in the summer but even half a day in weather like this and my tank will be close to 50 degrees.

Trust me I will have my share of misery.

2 years ago after the blizzard I had a snow drift 6 ft deep & 100 ft long on my driveway I had to remove.

HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE... IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 10 YEARS SINCE SNOWS AND WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE AND EXPANSE HAVE BEEN SEEN ACROSS THE AREA. STORM STRENGTH IS ANOTHER MATTER. IT HAS PROBABLY BEEN 20 TO 30 YEARS SINCE THE IMPACTS OF A WINTER STORM OF THIS STRENGTH HAVE BEEN SEEN IN THE AREA.

Oh joy! My buddy said they were saying travel was not advised after 8 p.m. tonight and none what so ever tomorrow. Hopefully I get out of work tonight at a decent time

i wonder if they will even make it? how could a tour bus plow through this weather? if they are unable to perform, does a band like that reschedule or just pass us by and move on to the next show?

I would imagine they were here by last night but I could be wrong. If it is real bad maybe they will reschedule but who knows when specially at such a small venue.

IME anything that doesn;t go on that day gets canceled and refunded unfortunately.

You should keep some sheets of Styrofoam to place around you tank and on top, then rap it with a blanket to help insulate. Dont laugh this works!!

a small portable generator also does well for the heater and small pump. might get the wife bent a bit if you don't share the juice
