skimmer advice

I'm settIng up a 75 gallon FOWLR and I need advice. What skimmer would be good. I'm looking for something under $ 300 that will handle a dwarf lion, snowflake eel, and a few other fish. It will be going in the sump so no HOB skimmers.

Also I'm setting up a herbie drain and need advice on what pump to use as a return pump. Preferably in sump as well. The herbie will be make of once inch PVC. any advice is greatly appreciated.

6 or so post ago there was a bunch advice on skimmers, did you check that out? I have a Reef Octopus 110 in sump and works great for my 90.

I like the sss series of octopus. Return pump id go with a mag 7 or 9.5.
