Sick fish?

Was wondering if anyone has any ide what's going on with this dottyback. Was being harassed pretty bad by a flameback angel so pulled him and put into a different tank. Gasping pretty bad and starting to fade color slightly. Still eating pretty good but isn't swimming around very much. Any help would be appreciated. No noticeable spots and all other tank mates are still healthy.

 

IMO probably over stressed. It may help if you can dim the lights.
