Reefkeeper problems

I just received a new pinpoint ph probe from brs.
When I hook it into my reefkeeper sl2 module it's like it's not there, my raw numbers don't move at all.
My question is does anyone have a reefkeeper or a ph monitor I can plug the ph probe into to see if it's faulty before I call bulkbreef supply .

 

Do you have an SL1 also? if you do, you could connect your new pH probe to the SL1 and see if you get a reading on a different module.

I purchased a new reefkeeper lite and a used sl2v2 .
And just got a new ph probe from brs.
I'm hoping the probe is bad, it did have leakage and was not emerged in liquid so I'm thinking that's it.

 

Got my ph probe tested today and it's good which means my module is bad.
