I don't usually treat unless I see a problem. Lots of hiding places, good frozen food or fresh clams

What would be a good frozen food to feed. I currently feed pellets three times a day and make hpd that they get feed once at night they really love that stuff. Was thinking about trying rods frozen food but not sure where to get it.

Go frozen " my sis or brine" to start off with and mixed in pallets ..... The angel your getting is one of the better angels to get to eat thou mate, add some nori too

If your still having problems getting it to eat you tube getting regal angel to eat, it has to do with a oyster paste I believe in a clam shell, saw the trick work on copperband butterfly as well

remember, there is no pellets or dry food in the ocean, so you have to teach them

Rods food is excellent, LRS is excellent.

Fresh seafood you get at the grocery store can be a good primer as well, just rinse well

I have a couple of Angels and getting either to eat was not a problem. Zoas (only the really colorful ones) Acans and Scolys seem to be their favorite.

I know with the Regal, QT was not really recommended because the rock work and available food in a reef tank made them feel more secure and less stressed.

If you have zoas or lps the emperor will eat them for sure. I feed a good amount daily of dry and lrs but my emperor still at them... hes no longer in the tank

You could also use the Tank Transfer Method if you are hesitant to treat with copper or prazipro, etc. That would kill off the life cycle of ich, velvet, etc
