    Alright thanks guys. Haha thanks for the link Turbo. I had already planned on using colored PVC. Just need to figure out what color to use now.

    It's all safe... just costs big $$ to put the nsf "potable safe" stamps on them. Have to be inspected etc... and money companies don't want to/need to spend for dvw pipe.

    Granted there is also usually a difference in pressure ratings and wall thicknesses too... but in the aquarium industry I have had a hard time finding anyone who needs anything more than sch 40 pipe...most don't even need that.
