    Thanks.

    I run a carbon cartridge made specifically for my emporer 280 filter.

    I change it out every 4 weeks

    I also have a reef octopus HOB protien skimmer.

    Lots of live rock. (probably 80lbs)

    I only have 4 fish and a clean up crew, so bio load is reasonably light.

    I will only add 1 or 2 more fish max.
