Membership Join/Renew Issues

Hey Everyone.

We had an issue where PayPal made some changes that temporarily broke our automated membership system. It's fixed now, but anyone who has joined or renewed their membership during this month (October 2012) should verify that it was recorded correctly in the system.

You can see your membership records here:

If it took, you should see a receipt with an end date in 2013.

If you don't, let us know and we'll get it taken care of.

Hey JB - can you look at fixing the automated notification when a member's membersip is expiring. I don't think that has worked all year. Everyone I have talked to has not received an email when their membership expired.

 

I am not able to see the members-only forums and have the "girs MEMBER" tag below my avatar! Yeah!

I can not, however, see the exiration date using the link that you provided above JB. It just asks me to donate again.

Just FYI. I am abviously good for 12 months. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/biggrin.gif

 

Make sure you have that section of the forum dropped down. The arrow on the right of each section.

As for your account status, At the top you will see My Girs. Go there and then too club membership status.

Nick, I fixed your account. It should now show that you have an expiration of next year when you go to join girs like JB posted earlier.
