Love the IVS Portal

Here's a few pics I took using the IVS Portal that I picked up at MACNA.   These were taken with a point & shoot (Canon Powershot SX230)
I'm sure I could get better pictures if I understood how to use the manual settings on the camera better.   The Portal really allows you to get in close.

Those are very awesome shots. Wish they made a "mini" portal though. I think the "one size fits all" ones are just too big for my nano!

 

OH! I just looked on their website. They have a 2.5" version COMING SOON! AWESOME!

Bela. I saw the nano version at macna and it was the same good quality as the bigger one. I thought it was cool. Found out they were gonna release them soon he said real soon.

 

I talked to the guy and said, man I could discover some stuff I don't want to see with one of these. He said may people have used these to see red bugs/flatworms and many other pests they didn't know they had! Its just a great product to use in many ways.

 

I got 1 while up at MACNA also on Saturday and they were getting ready to go around and get the ones back from the other vendors that were displaying there product. they had 1 left on there tank and had to rap mine in a towel. it does work great

 

They are sweet. My cat looks through it too!!;-0)

 

We talked about getting one at MACNA but decided not to since the portal would be super large in my tank. Now wish I would have, seeing them pics, it might of been worth it.

 

One of my best macna purchases. I love mine.

also, JB If you are going to fall feat I would love a large frag of that pink birds nest in the 4th-pic!!

 

They have a 6" version in the works...I think I'm going to hold off until that one comes out in a few months...but these are very cool..
