I obtained a 72"light fixture for free from a guy, the only problem is a couple of the sockets don't work, and i was wondering if anyone knew someone who could possibly fix it like a store or shop. I live in Clive so anywhere in the west des. moines or des. moines area would be best. Thanks!

What kind of fixture?  (T5, CF, etc?)  When you say a couple sockets don't work, are the sockets themselves broken, or the lamp you place in that socket broken?  Take some pictures of the fixture and ballast, and I can tell you more.  Worst, you are looking at new ballasts, best is a wiring short, in between are new sockets themselves. T5 ballasts are cheap and easy to find.  CF ballasts aren't.  I'm not sure if they will do the work for you, but a place called Adventure Lighting in Des Moines might be able to help you out at least, with regards to parts.
