I've got two zoa frags from Spring Fest that have a very, very small something or other.  I've dug out my books, and it looks nothing like what they show for Aptasia, plus its too small.  Then I did an internet search, and found pictures of a ton of stuff...but not this.
Its awfully dang small, so this is the best pic I could get:

Its the brownish stuff to the left corner of it...its about 1/8th inch high, and has 8 "arms" with several branches on them.
Anyone know of a good close up of the real stuff?  The Aptasia I've seen in real life are much larger.

Can't really see it, but never the less you probably don't want it on there. I would use a kalk paste to kill it before it gets any bigger. Just my 2 cents

Hydroids? only fairly common thing I can think of that small without seeing a better pic

I decided to play it safe, and scrape them off. From what I hear, waiting would have made it impossible if it were Aptasia.

Now to see if I managed to get all of 'em.

Well, orange and green, but I'm talking about the brown only patch on the lower left. Its a terrible picture I know....

But it would appear they were hydroids.
