I have 2 hydor Koralia nano 425 ghp circulation pumps in a 29 gallon Biocube. Should I let them run continuously or hook them up to a wave maker and let them cycle on and off.

I'm not sure about those pumps specifically, but some pumps will have issues with the starting and stopping. Might not restart, or start backwards etc.
I had problems with one of my pumps when I would turn off to feed. It didn't always start back on correctly. I'm thinking it was an older hydor, but not positive.

It won't hurt anything to give it a try though.

I've had the same issue. They always restarted but not always in the correct direction. Have seen them start in one direction and then switch to the other. Mine are all 2 prong plugs so maybe it has to do with the polarity of plugs.
