I am getting ready to make my own fish food and not sure where there is a fish market at to buy some of this stuff. Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Des Moines or Iowa City doesn't really matter I get to those places often enough. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I mainly follow the recipe out of the breeders guide to marine fishes it's on like pg 80 or something. Although it's basically only for ratio idea's not so much exacts. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/wink.gif my last batch was a killer, they all love it, and spawns are turning out larger and healthier....

basically anything in the fresh seafood or frozen bagged seafood that's wildcaught RAW not cooked, and NOT flavored or seasoned of any kind is included in my mashes.... krill and squid are portioned out though... as they can both be damaging when fed to often.
