Advice? Green Chromis Bacterial

    Have 3 green chromis in QT. Noticed today one has a white raised up area on back of head and I know its not ich. I know they are notorious for bacterial. I always do a dose of prazi pro which I dosed yesterday. Was told by Hikari that melafix cannot be mixed. My question is do I wait until prazi pro has run it 5 to 7 day treatment or do I need to remove prazi pro and start melafix? Is there something else natural that I can use or do?
