Getting back into Saltwater

Its been up and running for about 3 weeks now and all is well.
Only thing I can't figuer out is that cloudy lookin stuff on the top of my water. You can see it in my first pick.
I'm running carbon in chamber 1. A media rack with filterfloss, Purgen, and Chemi-Pure Elite in chamber 2.

What salt did you use? Have you added anything else...food, etc?  Did you rinse the Chemi really good?

 

Looks like disolved organic waste.

Is there an overflow that skims the surface? If not the waste floats to the top & sits there.

 

Its a Bio Cube so the only thing I got skimming the surface is my power heads.
