I have some frags for sale. I'm not trying to make a million dollars, I am just trying to make some cash for salt and other supplies.
Purple cap: $5 frag (small frags on plugs)
    Red cap: $5 per plate
Light blue trumpet coral (Caulastrea): $5 (2 heads) $10 (six heads)
Pink and turquoise trumpet coral (Cualastrea): $5 (2-4 heads)
Green slimer: $5 frags / $15 colony pieces
Green milli: $5 frag / $7 for multiple branched frag
    Purple digitata: $5 frag
Giant red cap colony piece (bigger than softball, smaller than volleyball): $30
I will overnight ship for $15. Located in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. (Southeast corner of state, one hour south Cedar Rapids)
I'll have more selections when I get these cleared out....
(everything in this pic for sale)

    firefish: you have a pm.
bill: I have him for you but I still need to relocate it from my display to my frag tank. He is nestled in a deep crack and has been unwilling to move via the powerhead method. I'll let you know as soon as he starts moving. I have some other tricks up my sleeve. This guy is no match for me.

re: overnight ship: I have never actually shipped corals before. But I do ship parts from work overnite all the time...I have an account with both UPS and FedEx and I know the drivers at my end personally. If you are worried about packaging I will figure that out but I have a heat sealer, some styrofoam and some heat packs so I think I'm cool.

Is there anyway you could get a more precise measurement on your red cap colony? I really love it but am not sure if I have room in my tank yet. I have a 20g now but will be upgrading to a 40g this spring (when I know I'll have plenty of room).
Dibs on the red cap colony if it'll fit in my tank /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif If not, I'll still take a purple and red cap frag. Do you think you could meet in Iowa City at Petland on a Monday or Friday afternoon? Thats when I work and I don't have a vehicle to meet you anywhere else.

That colony won't fit in your 20 or 40. I took a look last night and it is actually the circumference (sp?) of a volleyball.

I am in Iowa City all the time, usually on the weekend. I will not be up there Friday or Monday though. (may be up Thursday night)

There should be plenty of red and purple cap (I have a lot of it) so maybe we could meet some other time.

Wow, that is a big coral! Its a lot larger than I expected. I guess I'll take a red and purple cap frag for sure then. Do you think you would be able to meet at Petland on Thursday?

I probably won't know until Thursday morning but yeah I could meet you at Petland. It is a couple blocks from my buddy who I am going to see.

Great prices on huge frags... Are those reflections from LED spotlights I see over your frag tank? How has growth been with them?

I just set this frag tank up last week....I won it at the FallFest raffle. Those are the spotlight pendants that Gered turned me on to from nanoturners. I was skeptical at first but once I turned them on and let them rip I am quite happy. I have no idea about growth. I do know my frags look very happy under these things. The polyps extended immediatly. That is my definition of happy apparently.

Nice eye AJ! I didnt even notice that. What K value did you go with? Do I get a free frag sense I gave you the idea /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/wink.gif

I went with 12000k (three white and two blue on each pendant)
Also 60 degree optics. If you want a free frag you can pick it up I suppose.

Probably be quite the trip for a frag /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/wink.gif Need to see some more pics of your setup though!
