Free Chaeto

Time to thin the sumps again. We will be at springfest and can bring some along if interested, otherwise we are in the Des Moines area.

I currently have nothing in my sump I have a eshopps sump with sock would you reccomend this? I am new so just looking for advice

 

Chaeto is great for nutrient export and a sump is the perfect place for it. If you have a section of your sump that is available (i.e. no return pump or skimmer...) then I would recommend it. You can get a cheap clamp on bulb from Lowes to use for light and that is really all it takes. Let me know if you are interested as I have tons of it to get rid of and if no one takes it I will just have to toss it.

I Def will take some as I'm getting my new 40 up and running this weekend. I have a perfect place for it in my sump. Even went and got a light for it... I will be at Sf.
