IMG_1396.JPG This is a picture of my Royal Flasher Wrasse I picked up when we visited Live Aquaria a couple of years ago. He unfortunately did not last long but he was a beauty. Does any one have good luck with long life spans with their Paracheilinus wrasses?

Thanks, I appreciate it! I know I missed last Friday. I have lost several of my fish lately and I am not happy about it. I think my Kole Tang might be doing it. I have not seen it actually happen but several fish have disappeared. He was a newer addition, a few weeks ago, my first tang and now I wonder what the heck I did. I thought they were supposed to be a fairly decent community fish.

Sorry to hear youve lost fish. I wouldn't think a like tang would be aggressive to the point of killing other fish as they are pretty docile as a rule. Possibly it introduced disease?

I saw him attacking the Starry it went first. The other fish were super healthy, a Pylie and a Lubbock disappeared in that order. They ate like pigs and both were not shy about getting their fare share of food. I have seen the Tang be aggressive but not to the point where I thought I would have to pull him out but then the fish started going missing. Eating and swimming normal and then gone.

Since these are my first fish in my new tank they are my favorite right now.

First fish are always a favorite of mine! Nice clean new tank and a pair of occelaris is enough to make me happy!

My wife's favorite. When we went to get our first fish this is what she wanted. I finally convinced her we should start with something cheap and could get it later. It took a year and a half to find another one. image - Edited.jpg

This week's nominee stays with the angel theme but of the dwarf variety - our potters. Difficult to photograph as he sticks to the shadows as he weaves around the live rock.

@Maureen@Maureen - Its a beautiful fish, even if its not the one that you ordered. Sorry to hear about your recent fish losses. I hope you have gotten things under control now.

I think it was the Tang. Nothing else has died. None of the fish that went missing showed any signs of illness. So I guess that is good.
