We will be touring Northern Iowa Shrimp at 9301 university ave in Cedar Falls. Matt Weichers will be telling us how he cares for 150,000 Pacific white shrimp, including detailed water testing.

Thanks josh, that was just how I was going to respond. This article is pretty much all I know about the shrimp farm. Maybe frgncc will add a little more info.
