FALL FEST

    It is official, Fall fest is coming on Nov 12th at the Eldridge community center in Eldridge Ia.
    More on this to come as things begin to unfold.

    One of the changes to our fests goes into effect at fall fest. The entry fee is going to be $10 across the board, members will get 10 raffle tickets instead of 5, with the option to buy remaining sheet for $10. sheets will be 25 raffle tickets to a sheet with the same number on all 25 tickets.

    That is a great system....they used it in Orlando at MACNA  and it really sped things up at the raffle.

    Just an Update, the floorplan is coming along. if you are planning on selling at the this yrs fall fest Now is the time to let me know so I can add you to the floor plan. I suspect shortly after macna I will have a few more commitments from vendors. Also In the coming weeks the flyer should be done. Just need to clean up some wording and add a few more things.

    I guess now that the date is set, it's time to resurrect this thread, right?

    Do you have prices set for vendor booths? So it's Nov 12th from Noon until ??? Is it just the 12th or also the 13th?
