Fall Fest hobbyist tables

    We try not to, and as far as I know have never had to, limit the number of club member hobbyist tables at these events. "commercial coral vendor" tables have long been filled.

    When is the setup time on Friday schedule for David? I have to pull my Granddaughter from school that day and need to let her and her parents know.

    We don't have anything arranged for Friday yet. I have to go to the hotel on Wednesday and I will see if we can nail something down for Friday while I am there.

    Good :0) I will not attend if I cannot set up on Friday. I hope that doesn't happen. Out of state vendors will be very unhappy if they can't set up Friday, I bet! I hope future Fest organizers will see it as a given that many sellers/vendors 'need' Friday to set up.

    We are good to go with a Friday evening setup. We have at minimum two (of the three rooms) blocked off for Friday evening starting at 7. And it sounds like we will have access to the space up until midnight. Should be plenty of time to get everyone situated. And another good note is that as of now it doesn't look like this will cost the club any extra money.
