Yep, all 4.
No idea when they went out. Was playing with the director and testing each channel individually and I noticed they were out.

I had the white channel go out shortly after I got them. They went out on the first set, and within just a matter of a several days each the other modules did the same thing.
AI replaced them for me no questions asked.

 

Added to the list.
Have all kinds of heaters and things of various sizes. Plumbing fittings, bulkheads, uniseals, locline. If anyone is hunting for something just ask. I'll list it when I have time to sort it all out.
