For Sale Closed cell neoprene

    You put it under a tank to help takes out any imperfections of a stand. I used a little bit of it and don't need the rest.

    For reference: on a bridge only one side can be fixed, the other has to float. The float side sets on alternating sheets of neoprene and steel. That stuff is no joke
