Advice? Cedar Rapids Par meter

    Does anybody know where the Cedar Rapids/Iowa city Region par meter is? From the best I can tell @mattman319@mattman319 may have it. Does anybody know how to get a hold of him? It says he hasn't been on here in a month. Thanks!
