Cedar Rapids - New Member

So I am excited to finally make the jump to Saltwater.  I have always been interested and kept fish, but only recently salt.  The pictures below show my tank (set up in Oct 08).  I was able to convince my wife I needed to put it in the wall and the shot below shows my wall before everything was put together.

Tank as of Feb 09 -> Starting to mature, algae starting to disappear.  Weee !!!  I want to buy everything!


Still not much macro algae, but starting to pop up.

Specs?  Pics during the build?  Ability to convince spouse that you "needed" to go in-wall?

Welcome to GIRS. You'll have to watch the Cedar Rapids/IC thread for events in our area, it would be good to meet you. If you wanted advise on your setup you could always be on our tank tour that is coming up.
