Did you make the reactor?

 

What did you use to build the diagram in our video? That is awesome. Building a 180 now and would love to have something like that before I begin the plumbing and setup.

 

Amazing. I can't wait to see all this equipment running. How big of a system are you going to be running?

 

Are you taking PH reading with the PLC? If so what are you using for a transmitter? I am thinking of running my tank off of a Wago 750-880 I have laying around but I haven't found a cheap way to measure PH.

Walchem transmitter---->4-20ma signal conditioner--->4-20ma input module (automation direct DL205)--->read and controlled through HMI at PC

do you mean the frames that zoomed,.that is the actual PC controls showing that the flow from the Calcium reactor will be monitored and trended

 

How much did you pay for the Walchem transmitter ?

 

ebay,..50 maybe, been a while, tons of automation stuff on ebay pennies on the dollar

 

Awesome tank dimensions! I have seen a few of Great Lakes Aquariums tanks. They do a good job. I really like them.
What are you planning for livestock?
