Breaking down tank

I think the club should have stiffer rules about stomping on people's sale threads also on welchin on a deal. On other sights you could get baned for such things. Tends to keep things real respectable like.

Only called it out X after my thread was stompped on. You don't see Craig on the buy sell forum buying everything. I beleive there is a special forum for that.

 

Sounds to me like he missed a fat a** pay day for someone getting out because the electric bills are to high. But I forgot he doesn't need the money I guess.

 

And I am gonna keep my tank I had friends talk me out of it. Just gonna make some room by selling off some stuff.

 

I guess I never new Fish Stores bought off GIRS members....Makes it hard for the guy trying to pick up a couple frags for his tank.....

 

I think it is completely reasonable to get upset over your stuff being resold at a profit in a club environment. When I sell stuff within the club I do so well under market prices, I do it under the impression that I am selling to an individual for their personal use and enjoyment and at some point they may sell me something at a great deal. Things bought within the club, should not be sold by sponsors or any commercial enterprise back to club members at a profit THROUGH THE CLUB WEBSITE. I don't think there needs to be rules or anything, but if your doing that, you should be prepared to be called out.

I think if ACC, Fragtastic Reef, Coral Haven or Woos Aquatics was jumping on a bunch of livestock sale threads people would less sympathetic.

Members sale threads should not be looked at as wholesale lists, unless it is done outside of the club.

 

And I mean no disrespect to Eric, I think he is a great guy.

 

If someone is shelling out thousands of dollars they be able to sell whatever they want... especially if its an entire tanks worth

 

This is getting out of control. You can sell to whoever you want, nothing against that, but the flame war is getting a little much. This thread reminds me of the procedural question from elections that snowballed to an all out fight. I don't k ow either of you, but this stuff is embarassing on the boards. If you want to make it personal take it to PM, or don't post it.

I will apologize for any wrong doing in my post . I forgot I was logged in under my vendor name and I was just letting him know that I would take what he set the prices at on the products we discussed he called me on my personal phone and offered all his stuff before he ever posted it . Like I said sorry to get out of line but he did not post all the facts and trying to drag my name in the mudd makes me a little angry . You can ask anyone that has been here I have more than fair prices on everything I sell , as everyone will soon see with my first vendor post . SORRY TO
