Going to attempt to raise a few of these little guys. Born last night. Seen no deaths after work today, and no the hob filter is not going haha.

It would be nice if you could post some growth pictures as they get bigger. Good luck, that is really awesome!

Will defiantly post more pics. I was thinking every 3 days or so.

Top off with RO twice a day. 2 qt daily water change on roughly 4 gal from main tank system, siphoning from bottom. Feeding baby brine shrimp. During water change every other day collect as much bbs as possible and add new bbs. Learn from mistakes this round.

Only 1 lost since born that I had seen. Here is a pic of main system. Shrimp are kept in left tank. You can see one of them in pic

Pretty awesome looking set up you have there.

What kind of container do you have the fry in?

Here is a book I bought that is very informative on raising peppermint shrimp.

They are in a 5 gal tank wrapped with black poster board. I have gotten some ideas from that book online and was thinking about getting it depending on how these go.

Two weeks old. Defiantly a little bigger but can't really see from pics. Lost 2 so far. One my fault. Hard to get a count of them but I would say around 50. Can't wait to see what weeks 4 and 5 do.

Little update. Day 31. Everything I have read says settlement happens at 40-65 days. Got home and had 2 that have settled already. I estimate 30-40 still alive. Tank is getting dirty so hard to get good pics.
