We have allot of water movement in the tank now, actually had to back off because the nems were getting pissed and cut loose and drifting around. I had 3 mj 1200 upgraded and bumped down to a 1200 and 2-900s. Its enough to move the ssnd floor around good and now to get our lights figured out!

 

Good to hear man. Id stay with the mh's and the vhos but that's my favorite combos. I like the leds for there versatility but i just can't get into them past that. Alot like them tho. Good luck either way and welcome u both to the addiction

 

Yup i have to start abulb rotation and move the lights up off the water the canopy we have now confines us to 7" from water surface and our temp is fluxuating to much

 

Pic is a few minnutes old and i fed some artic pods a little while ago. The rocks are aranged diffrent from the first pic and i think better. You can see the MJ upgrades with covers for the nems.

Thanks! Between that and the pix above you can see the clear growth of everything. Now just time to move out some larger frags of greenpolloped staghorn, green picolopora,watermelon zoas,orange yumas, and some gsp and dasies. Need to make room for our upcomming fragfest. Lol
