JUNE MEETING: We are having a grill out and campout at my camp site at Young's Lake just outside Kirkwood, Illinois on Sat., June 17 starting at 3pm. Use google map by typing in Young's Lake Kirk wood, Illinois for directions. I will be providing the hamburgers and hotdogs with buns. We can play games and/or cards. After dinner we can sit around the campfire and visit. Please no alcohol since this is a private membership campground and they do not allow it. If you want to camp that night as my guest the cost is $10 it's a $3 extra charge if you use a/c. Tent or campers are welcome. There is electric but no other hook up. As you come in there is a waste dump to your right and further up there is a water pump for your water to fill for drinking tanks. You want to come please go to the GIRS site in the Burlington region for this post with my cell phone number so you can text me so I can have you signed in as my quest for the day and if you are camping. You do not need to camp to come and enjoy the grill out festivities.
