I've contacted the seafood distributor in the QC and they can deliver on Thursday to Burlington on their regular route. I will need someone who can accept the delivery and put it in the freezer

Also I will need someone to do the same for the Brine Shrimp Direct and preferably also the dry food & supplements portions from BRS or Premium Aquatics. I will need to place all of these orders next week on Monday or Tuesday to make sure they arrive by Thursday, or Friday at the latest.

So I essentially need a name/address for someone that is home during the day, or can have it delivered to their work and then take it home.

BSD products come packed with dry ice so they can sit for a while and be fine. The seafood will likely come right off a freezer truck. Dry stuff is mostly OK but there is one product that comes in a insulated pack and should be put in the fridge right away.

 

That would make sense - you got the freezer space?

Basing the order on at least this quantity, I'll be placing the order today, gotta work out the final amounts of everything

 

I added the event to the calendar and there is a thread that is associated with it. Just testing out the system currently, I will likely need to tweak this to keep things in a way that makes sense.

Right now when you add an event it creates a thread in the Events & Fests subforum, where you can RSVP and add a note also, and post just like a thread. This is sort of like the Resources, where a thread is tied to the resource.

So right now there are 3 places where this event is discussed - this thread, another in the Burlington subforum, and the Event. No biggie just FYI, and a note in my book to see how we can make this tool work for the future, as there currently isn't a way to choose from a list of sub-forums in which to start the event thread, you have to designate a specific sub-forum for all events.
