I want to thank the GIRS board and volunteers that made the show possible. As well as all the sellers and vendors for the awesome coral!!!

+1 with Nick.  The vendor contributions were great.  Between what the vendors and club members had for sale there were some great corals and great values.

I had a great time and game home with 8 corals!!!

Thanks to all who bought my frags and sold me frags it was a awesome day!

A big thanks to the board, sponsors and vendors!! A great day with a lot of traffic. This was the biggest event I've been to in Des Moines. However, that will change next year.

great time had by me and the wife....spent to much but that tends to happen with her around everything went smoothly and the walking taco's were excellent!

Just another one who wants to thank the GIRS board, sponsors, sellers and speakers.
Like all GIRS events there was just too much great stuff to choice from.
But I walked away with 9 frags, and an empty wallet, so that makes it a great day.
A+ to all the ones involved in setting this event up.

+2 on all the above. i had a great time and i too came home with an empty wallet. And yes those tacos were excellent , what a fantastic idea. my purchases have been dipped and acclimated and placed in the tank, so it's time for bed. The clam i purchased is very happy and is even open all the way! he squirted me. lol
And quite a few of the coral are already extending.

It was a great event and I also wanted to thank everyone involved!

Members, site users and friends/family that come along are what make these events possible.  I almost didn't make the fest but I wanted to thank the board members who orchestrated the speakers, raffles, food, etc. as quite a bit of behind the scenes work goes into something like this and I was impressed by how smoothly things went.

I'm also proud to be associated with an organization that has such great body of members.  Everyone was very polite, patient and helpful throughout the entire day.

Great Spring Fest.  Thanks to all the board members for putting this together and everyone that worked to pull it off.  Also thanks to all the vendors that had great corals and thanks to the folks that bought softies from me.  It was alot of fun!!!

It really was something!!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I saw a few old faces and made some new friends. The vendors were great and all had a great sense of humor! Thanks to those that came up and introduced themselves to me. I like putting a face with a screen name. If any of you folks r ever in Omaha, look me up, i will send you to our best lfs stores and take you out for a drink!

We wouldn't have been able to pull this event off without the support of our members backing us up. It goes a long way to become a member for only $20 a year(that's 5.5 cents a day!).
