Here are some pictures of the farm. Only blue lights were on, so they look a little weird. There are 4 main isolated systems, each system has 4 tanks that are each about 4'x8'x1'. There are also about a dozen separate smaller systems.

They feed heavily, about every 30 minutes. Water changes 10% per week.

Yes. They have a large staff so someone is there most of the time. They use a simple kitchen timer to ring and then someone goes out of throws food into the tanks.

That is nuts. Their skimmers must work their butts off.

It is interesting that they feed every half an hour. I wonder how they distribute the food and what is in there. One of the owners constantly preaches about only putting enough food in the tank that the tank will eat. Did they mention why they feed so heavily?

  7. They talk about feeding and show it @ 7:18

This Reef builders video from Unique Corals talks about lack of nutrients in their systems due to lack of fish and the corals consuming all available nutrients.
They throw handfuls of food in corner of tanks to raise them.
    Talk about nutrients @ 3:50

Ah I see. Their "proprietary blend" is made up of small particle foods like reef roads which makes sense since there aren't any fish. Thanks for that!
