    So I just upgraded my skimmer to the SRO-5000... Now I have to clear some stuff out..

    I have a Reef Octupus Classic 110... Love this skimmer.. I was going to run this and a second one on my 180 but came into the 5000.. $120

    Eshopps 150 cone skimmer... $100

    External SWC BIG skimmer.. $120

    I am brand new at this and looking for a skimmer/sump setup for a 50 gal tank. I don't know if what you have is appropriate for what I need?

    The ESHOPPS would be a skimmer that you could use for that tank in a skimmer and if you upgrade the tank to a bigger size the skimmer will work for it.
