Spring Fest Volunteers Needed

Spring Fest coming up in 3weeks and as always, we can't do this without your help. I wanted to give everyone enough time of advance notice for helping out!

There are three areas we need help with, the more people the easier everything gets

Times Needing for helping out:
Friday (set-up): 6pm - 10pm Vendors Tables Set-up.
Seating for guests, Bag Stuffing.

Saturday Morning
6:30am - 10am Unloading vendors equipment and supply's.
Saturday Registration Desk: 9:30am to 4:30pm
Saturday (tear down): 4:30 pm - 6pm. Breaking down tables

Here is what I currently have written out for the Registration Desk.
9:15am - 10am: - 3ppl>
2 Registration 1 Raffle
10am -11am: 1 Registration 1 Raffle
11am - 12pm: 1 Registration 1 Raffle
12pm - 1pm: 2 Registration 1 Raffle
1pm - 2pm: 2 Registration 1 Raffle
2pm - 3:00pm 1 Registration 1 Raffle
3:00 - 4:00pm 1 Registration 1 Raffle
4:00 - 4:30pm 1 Registration

Please be flexible we may have to pull to go help with another spot. We will be surrounded by a lot of retail and NoN Members, with curiosity.

Please reply here if you can help - and when. Also if we had a couple people who wouldn't mind selling raffle tickets, otherwise we can have that at registration as well if there aren't enough people to do both separately. The more hands we have helping, the less work for everyone.

Where and what is spring fest?

It's in Davenport. And a bunch of club members help put on a show with speakers and coral, fish, and dry good vendors twice a year. One show in spring one in the fall. Each held in a different region. It's may 14 in Davenport. More details on our home page about it. Just click on spring fest link.

I can work the 2-3 on the table and would be available to fill possibly sooner than that if needed. But just had back surgery so I wouldn't be able to help with any lifting.

I can help Friday night and Saturday first thing in the morning unless I have to do stuff OT-wise at work.. Probability of 40% so far. ☺
In town though so no biggie.

Ok do I pick slots here or is there a separate post for actual volunteer registration? I can be there all Friday night if you guys don't mind byob and my mouth ha-ha. Saturday morning I can be one of three for registration and raffle. I then speak and am basically CO signed all day so just let me off my leash to browse now and again.

ok Sorry I did not notice the times earlier. I can take a shift from 10-11 and a 1-2 doing anything. If I am around after the raffle I will help where needed.
