Oct Meeting.

    Since MACNA is in Sept we wont be having a meeting that month.
     Oct we will be having our meeting as usual but this will be all about Fall Fest.
    we will be finalizing a lot of projects and wanting firm commitments from folks as to what they will be volunteering for at the show along with what hours.
      We really need every ones help  as there will be plenty to do from getting things set up to manning the ticket booths and other assorted tasks.
      We will be shooting for OCT 2nd and will be meeting at Teresa and Dougs home time yet to be decided.
      This date will allow us time to get together once more  before the event if the need arises.

    Be forewarned the...the next 3 weeks State Farm has 5,000 rooms rented in Vegas and will be running 5,000 agents a week for three weeks through the new product lines....there will be a lot of sold out shows.

    no worries....Vegas to me =  Work!
    That week is also the largest gaming (casino gaming) show in the world.I dont do shows but i will be enteraining clients all week in the higher end restaurants.
    maybe i can find a good deal on insurance.....loleinsteins

    I won't be able to make the meeting or the fall fest. Had some situations pop up that have to be dealt with. I am sure you will have a great fest....I am very impressed with what a nice group of people all you are

    for those that were not able to attend, we basically finished up the floor plan and discussed where we need the most help during the show.
    Looks like we need people mostly for the tear down and load out. and a few to work during the show for short periods of time.

    Also we are in need of power cords and power strips big time.
