Looking to buy: US Cellular iPhone

All,

Need to replace my wife's iPhone 5S and looking to go to the 6 or possibly 6 plus (would consider another 5S if the price was right).

Here's the caveat: it must be a U.S. Cellular sourced device and can't be an unlocked Verizon or Sprint device.

We're in Cedar Rapids so would prefer local.

5S works but needs repaired:

My wife cracked the screen and after replacing it the proximity sensor wasn't working. Opening and closing the device too many times and I've damaged the ribbon. It will need another screen and I still don't know why the proximity isn't working correctly.
