    Nice! Craig is that your website? I recall you linking to one of those on FaceBook and a comment "something new I'm trying" etc but I thought it was just the location/dish, not the whole website - looks like you're the only author on there?

    Instead of liquid smoke have you tried cooking your beans in a smoker ?
