Notice Joining GIRS or Renewing your Membership

If you need to renew your membership, you can find the link to do so by hovering over your user icon and selecting Account Upgrades.

You can also find the link to this page on your Account page, on the left hand side, towards the bottom.

Click "Purchase" and this will take you to PayPal. Everything is automatic once you make your payment

Currently, there is no way to extend your membership for another year - you basically have to wait until it expires, then renew it.

You may now extend your membership instead of waiting for it to expire, and you will be notified.

As far as viewing your expiration date, I'm working on this. I don't believe that is something that is built in to Xenforo. If you need to know your membership expiration date, just ask!

Your membership expiration date can be found in your Account Upgrades.

 

The Join GIRS tab is back!

You can always renew your expired membership or extend your current one by going to your Account and selecting Account Upgrades.

 

The User Upgrades feature has been enhanced!

• You may now purchase an extension of your membership instead of letting it expire before you can renew
  
• You will get an alert and an e-mail 7 days before your membership expires
• This goes for GIRS Members as well as Sponsors

 

...and now it's finally working!

You can now extend your account upgrade at any time, and it looks like, any number of times. So if you wanted to just pay up for 2 years, just extend your Account Upgrade 2 times.
