02/2016 Photo of the Month Contest

    Attention GIRS Members!

    The 02/2016 Photo of the Month Contest just started!

    The category this month is:

    ZOAS & PALYS!

    You can submit your pictures on the dedicated album page.

    You have 7 days to submit your photos, each GIRS Member may submit 1 photo.

    The February Photo Of The Month Contest Guidelines are as follows:

    - You must be a paid GIRS Member to submit an entry (this is automated)
    - Only one picture per member can be submitted for each contest (this is automated)
    - Your picture entry must be one that you have taken (this is on the honor system)

    You must upload your photo to the dedicated album in the Media Center - Photos posted in any other location will not be included!

    Entries are tied to your user account, so you cannot have someone else submit your photo for you. If you are having difficulties, please contact Bud @Turbo's Aquatics@Turbo's Aquatics

    Once the submission period ends, the voting panel will have 3 days to vote for the media they like the most.

    You uploaded the photo in the Album Comments section. Click the orange "Add Media" button, the album that you are on auto-fills (it's the one titled "02/2016 Photo Of The Month Contest (3)")

    Click any of the links

    Mobile might vary a bit as far as layout goes but it's essentially the same, HTH Bill!!

    Many people probably haven't even see the Media Gallery. There are many features of that addon such as:
    Rate photos (1-5 stars)
    Comment on photos
    Like Photos
    Comment on and rate/like the entire album
    Like comments
    Sort by date, rating, views, comments, likes, etc

    We may end up using a few of these features in the future for contests as well.

    There are also many editing tools available in the Media Gallery. It's much more than just a photo album :) I plan to do a tutorial video on it this year
