Mandarin fish

    So apparently there was something else going on with the mandarin fish that wasn't eating, he's gone downhill quick. What is the most humane way to put the little guy out of his misery? This really sucks, the poor guy is lying on his side, doing what I would what be called agonal breathing if it was a dog or cat. Thank you...

    I read a thread on RC about this and the two most agreed on were putting the fish in the freezer or a quick cut behind the head to sever it's spine.

    He's presently in the freezer. This sucks. I've never got attached to any of my freshwater fish and he's the first one I've lost since starting my saltwater tank.
