I've had this one planned for quite a while, just have been too busy to get to it until recently.

    Outer dims 43 x 24 x 14 (62 gallons)

Material is all 3/8" with a black back and black bottom, internal overflow 1/4" black, external overflow 3/8" clear.

All parts cut on a CNC router Here are a few renderings of the final product.

There were a few changes, I shortened the length of the internal box, added a hole for a 1/2" return bulkhead, and reduced the external box to one drain instead of 2.

Here is the front/back/sides bonded together

It's sitting on the euro top and the bottom panel

Will finish overflows today and bond the internal one, then it sits for a day to cure...

Did the flush trimming and rounding on both overflow boxes today, then bonded the internal box to the inside of the back panel

I decided to let this cure for well over a day before touching the tank again. So the top and bottom will have to wait another day or so.

Thanks to Mike w/MJB Tanks for the assistance

I was hoping to have it ready for tomorrow Matt but I need to wait until tomorrow to trim and polish, and then the external box goes on. Should be ready on Sunday
